The Deli
What started off as a 20 seater café with 3 staff members in 2008, has now been reborn to a full gourmet delicatessen, offering an experience to indulge in the finer things in life. Cheese tasting, wine pairing nights & an incredible selection of deli smallgoods can all be found in our little delicatessen. Flavoured cheeses from the worlds best dairy producers, other Aussie businesses unique and delicious stock filling our shelves, as well as the friendliest staff on the planet to give you a helping hand!
We first began operating in September 2008 & what a ride it's been over the years!
During our time, we have achieved many things, created many relationships with our reps & customers, opened doors of opportunities for our family & staff, collaborated with so many inspiring businesses & business owners to bring new & exciting social events to our town & so much more. Through the years we have gained more & more attention from locals in our town, as well as tourists, and we strongly believe it's because of the atmosphere we create within our business. Your experience with us should always be enjoyable & welcoming, most of the time when we get the chance, we'll have a chat & laugh with you too!
We began with three staff members, a few helping hands from family members & two very committed bosses. Now heading into our 13th year in business, we have multiplied our staff to 16 people & we are proud to say our staff are the best of the best! We have the utmost respect for our team & the job they do for us, JK's simply wouldn't be what it is without them in our family.
Over time, our business relationships grew from locals, to Southerners, to overseas businesses & we love the different products they all offer. We try to never get the same things as what the big supermarkets are selling, so everything you find on our shelves are unique & their own.
In our delicatessen you can also purchase Antipasto Platters, Grazing Boards & Gourmet Cheese Boxes which many people usually take with them to the stunning attractions you can find in Ingham, most popular being Wallaman Falls. A packet of crackers, a bottle of Ballandean Estate Wine & you're good to go!
Definitely give us a visit the next time you're driving through Ingham & we'll make sure to look after you, like typical Italian's do. You won't leave JK's hungry that's for sure!
